My question for you today is, “Do you struggle with overwhelm. That gnawing that you just not getting enough done?” Well, if you do I have a solution for you. So stick around and I’ll tell you my story.

Okay, so there’s lots of people in the world who struggle with the feeling of overwhelm. That they just have so much stuff on their plate that they’re not getting it done. Day after day, after day. What I’ve come to know if that people who are constantly in a state of overwhelm are not tracking what they are accomplishing and so they only focus on what they’re not accomplishing.

So, I have a tip for you. My tip is to get yourself graph paper and at the beginning of every month write down a list of things you want to accomplish. Whether it be exercise every day, or take your supplements every day, maybe post some content online every day. Whatever it happens to be, make yourself a graph paper and put that down and write all of the days of the month across the top and then every day when you actually accomplish that, give yourself a little check mark. I’ve had people tell me “Hey, do you find that you even write stuff down at the end of the day just so you can give yourself a check mark, something you have already did?” I go, “Absolutely! I do it all of the time.” I don’t know if I didn’t get enough stars when I was a little kid, but I tell you it works for me. I love looking back at the end of the month and saying, “Wow! I really did accomplish a lot this month!”

So try that. I bet it will work for you. So many people focus on what they didn’t do and you’ll get a lot more done if you focus on what you do do.
